1. When was Becoev established?
BECOEV was established in 1989, initially producing DC Contactor, Power switch and EV connectors, and has been involved in the design and production of EV chargers since 2015.
2. What certifications has Becoev obtained?
BECOEV owns certificates including CE, TUV, CSA, UL, ROHS, ETL, etc. All our products can comply with local sales requirements.
3. Is your charger compatible with all car brands, or can it only charge certain brands?
Our EV chargers are compatible with all car models on the market.
4. Is Becoev a manufacturer?
BECOEV is a professional EVES, DC contactor, Emergency power switch and Hydraulic power switch manufacturer established in 1989.
BECOEV have over 30 years of research and development experience in Power industry and excellent teams to focus on product development,design, quality control, inspection and company running. In addition, we strictly implement standards ISO9001 and obtained IATF 16949 certificates. Company builds the QA and QC system with complete testing equipment and an efficient, fast, reliable supply chain system.
At present, BECOEV has over 120 employees and can provide stable production capacity according to the needs of customers.
5. Where are BECOEV’s production facilities? Can I visit them?
The factory is located in Zhenjiang, China. As a manufacturer, we welcome customers to visit our factory, and you can directly make corresponding requests to our sales staff.
Products
1. Does BESEN provide instructions?
All products have complete instructions for use and related videos.
2. What certifications has BECOEV obtained?
BECOEV owns certificates including CE, TUV, CSA, UL, ROHS, ETL, etc. All our products can comply with local sales requirements.
3. Is your charger compatible with all car brands, or can it only charge certain brands?
We can sell some spare parts to customers to flexibly meet customers’ customized needs. Please confirm with our sales staff for details.
4. Does BECOEV have products in stock?
We have prepared a sufficient number of non-customized products for customers as samples or temporary urgent shipments.
5. How long is the warranty?
All of our products are backed by an industry-standard 12-month warranty.
The warranty is only valid if the product is properly used and installed and does not cover any damage caused by improper installation, improper use, or use in an extremely hazardous environment. If the product is tampered with by the customer in any way, such as disassembling the product for repair, modification, etc., the warranty no longer applies.
Don’t worry, products that are out of warranty will also be properly disposed of on a case-by-case basis.
6. How do I know which type of EVSE I need? Can you offer advice?
If you have some understanding of the type of product you’ll be using, we can definitely meet your needs. If you’re not sure what to choose, our professional salespeople can also advise you.
BUSINESS
1. What is the minimum order quantity for the product?
There is no MOQ requirement for non-customized products. However, when the bulk purchase quantity is not reached, it will be sold at the retail price.
2. What is the payment term?
The payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
3. What is your production cycle time?
Our production lead time is 60-75 days after confirming the order and receiving the deposit.
4. How can I get more information on Becoev products?
Please ask our sales staff.
5. Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. We can send samples for your inspection.
We always recommend making samples for approval before proceeding with production. We think it’s a good way to help us better understand your needs and reach a common understanding, and it can also avoid misunderstandings.
6. What currency do you accept?
We mainly accept US Dollars (USD) and Euros. If you want to pay in other types of currency, please contact the sales staff and we will get back to you after confirming with the bank.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
T/T remittance and Paypal payment.
8. When will the product price change?
When there are fluctuations in the price of raw materials, changes in the USD/RMB exchange rate, etc. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.
Delivery
1. How do you ship the products I ordered?
We work with carriers such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc. Sea, air, rail and land transportation are also available upon request. If you are not sure which shipping method is more suitable for you, please ask our sales, we can also provide you with a reasonable logistics solution.
2. What do you use to package the products we purchased?
We use carton packaging.
3. How to track my orders?
On the day of delivery, our specialist will update the logistics status for you.
4. Can I get pictures or videos of my order before it's shipped out?
Of course, we can easily arrange this for you.
5. Do I have to pay customs and duties on my order?
You may be required to pay taxes according to the regulations of the courtry/ region you live in. Customs duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders.
6. What if my order does not arrive?
We take full responsibility for orders that are not delivered, lost or damaged. We bear all costs and will reship immediately. We only offer discounts if we fail to ship as per our agreement.
Customization
1. Can you offer customization services?
Providing comprehensive customized services is one of our advantages. We recommend that customers who want to establish their own brands locally consider more flexible and appropriate customized services. Generally, customized services can be provided for orders over 100 pieces.
2. What information do I need to provide if I need customization service?
Add your LOGO: you need send to us the vector diagram of the LOGO and the relevant location indication.
Customize the Color: you need to send to us the pantone shade.
Change the packaging and instructions: you need to send the relevant design documents or entrust us to design.
3. What's the cost for product development and customization service?
For ODM service, there are no special requirements, as long as the MOQ is reached, and there is no extra charge for the customized service itself.
For OEMs, the cost needs to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement? I don't want to share my designs with anyone.
We are committed to adhering to a strict privacy policy and respecting customer confidentiality. We do not share, sell, collect or rent any information about our customers to any third party.
When there are relevant needs, we usually sign confidentiality agreements with customers to protect the security of all customer information to the greatest extent, including brand, technology, functions, customized content, cooperation content, etc.
BECOEV works with a large number of customers, many of whom don’t want competitors to know that we make products for them. We understand the importance and need to protect customer information. The company has strict confidentiality requirements for customer information. Even without signing a confidentiality agreement, we will not disclose customer information to third parties in any form.
5. Can I make some changes in the manufacturing process?
It depends on our production stage and what changes you want to make. Normally, we will confirm the design of the product with you before production and carry out production after getting the confirmation. If you need to make changes during the manufacturing process, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know what changes you are considering making, if possible, please send an email as required for confirmation.
6. Can EV charger, EV charging station, EV charging cable be customized?
Yes, Becoev can provide customized services on our products – EV chargers, EV charging stations, EV charging cables. In a world of unified products or services, customers are starting to look for something different – products with unique designs, shapes, colors, etc. to increase their brand awareness. We want your product to be the best and most unique. Combining the creativity of our product designers and the skills of our engineers, we keep your products at their best and to your satisfaction.
7. Are there any relevant certifications for customized products?
We will confirm the required certificates for the product with the customer before customization, complete all the agreed certifications before the product is delivered, and write it into the contract agreed by both parties.

After-Sale Service
1. What's not covered under warranty?
Damage caused by non-compliance with safety operating procedures, man-made damage, self-disassembly, etc.
2. How long is the processing time for after-sales problems?
Usually within 1-2 business days.
For a small number of complex post-purchase issues, we may need to spend more time communicating with the customer to confirm the root cause.
3. What to do if the product encounters a malfunction beyond the warranty period?
We will provide customers with longer after-sales service (except for man-made damage) based on specific circumstances, such as replacement of parts, etc., and charge a certain maintenance fee as appropriate.
4. How long is the product warranty period?
1 year warranty. According to the requirements of policies and regulations in different regions, we can also provide customers with personalized solutions to extend the warranty period.
5. What should I do if I encounter a product failure?
Our products have undergone strict factory inspection and rarely encounter after-sales problems. This is one of the reasons why more and more customers choose to trust us. If there is any fault with the product, please contact our after-sales department directly. We have a complete after-sales process, which can provide customers with a variety of after-sales methods such as replacement and maintenance to ensure that customers have no worries about purchasing our products.
